Exporting a Job Order List to an XML File

You can export job order lists and related XML files for plate/panel manufactured parts and assemblies as well as for profile manufactured parts and assemblies.

Before you begin: Save PPR Context data before exporting a job order list. Then the generated XMLs are attached to the manufactured part and stored in the database.

  1. From the Authoring section of the action bar, click Job Order List .
    The Manage Job Order panel appears.
  2. Click to select the path to save. Create a folder where required.
  3. In the tree, select a manufacturing part.
    The dialog box populates with the part or the direct and indirect children of a selected manufacturing assembly.
  4. Click Export.
    The listed files exports into your folder. In this folder, the CopyOut.csv file and the Manufactured_Part00000080_9BB9C57D-0000-5CF4-5E1388650004470C_Profile_Content_XML.xml.

    When plate/split plate XML's exports, each XML saves into the database and attached to each Manufactured part by default.

    The name of the plate/split plate XML file decides by the design product's title, unique number, split plate name, and XML type.
