Using the Profiles Node

You can modify the manikin using the Profiles node in the tree. You can right-click to select the Properties dialog box.

Appearance Tab - Modify the Segments' Line Color

You can alter the segments and the body color details with the Rendering Segments activated in the Display tab.

  1. Select Appearance tab, Segments Color.
  2. Arrow down to choose, or change the default color from white or the line type and thickness.
    Note: Activate the segments using the Features Display in the Human Definition Section action bar.
  3. Select the color red.


Appearance Tab - Modify Body Detail Colors

You can change the body detail colors on a manikin. This way you to be able to distinguish different manikins in a scene by their appearance alone. The manikin must be viewed (View action bar, Customized view ) in the Shading View mode, with Gouraud, not Material selected as the color is applied to the mesh.

  1. Click the down arrow next to the body part, (Pants) you want to change color.



  2. Select Red.


Appearance Tab - Modify Shoe Sole Parameters

Every manikin created has a Shoe Sole parameter of a heel and sole height.

Edit the Heel Height, or Sole height as required.
The default parameters values are defined in Me > Preferences Ergonomics,General These shoes can then be re-edited from the Appearance tab.
