Using the Time Manager

You can navigate your experience through time, and filter its data over a specific period of time with the Time Manager.

This task shows you how to:

Select the Time Period Filter

You can filter the experience data over a specific period of time with the Time Manager.

From the box of the Time Manager, select a Time Period filter.
The time filtering granularity varies according to the selected Time Period filter. This also impacts the display format of your current time.
Click the left or right arrow to navigate between time periods.
The left arrow switches the current time period to the previous one, and the right arrow to the next one.

You can navigate through time and restrict the search to a specific time period in the Bird View timeline.

In the Bird View, click the left slider and drag it to the required position. Repeat with the right slider.

Note: This restriction cannot be greater than the context definition (the light blue line).

The selected time period appears on a white background.
Click the lock icon to freeze the current timeline.
You can now navigate freely within the Bird View without making any changes: hold your right-click the timeline and drag to left or right.
Optional: Zoom in on the specific time period by pressing Ctrl + using the mouse wheel up to display more accurate information.

Note: Likewise, zoom out to display an overview of your experience.
