Customizing Preferences

You can customize preferences common to all Process Engineering apps.

  1. From the top bar, select Me > Preferences, and then click the App Preferences tab.
  2. Expand Simulation, and then Digital Manufacturing Apps Common Services.
  3. Select Process Engineering Apps Common Services.
  4. Expand the section corresponding to the desired options.

    Section Description
    PPR Tree and Selection Lets you customize object selection from the tree.
    Gantt Common Lets you customize basic settings for Gantt charts.
    Process Gantt Lets you customize value added display and drifting for Gantt charts.
    Resource Gantt Lets you customize resource utilization Gantt charts.
    Utilization Lets you customize the computation and visualization of systems and working resources.
    Multiassignment Lets you customize the mode for multi-assignment.
    Display Resource Tree Lets you customize the display of resources in the tree.

  5. Specify options according to your needs.
  6. Click OK to save your modifications and exit the dialog box.
