Classified Items

You can view, modify, or delete a classified item from a security class.

To access this page:

  1. Open a security class. For more information, see the Opening an Export Control Class.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Classified Items.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the classified item. You can click the hyperlink to view the properties for the classified item.
Title The title of the classified item.
Rev The revisions number or code.
Type The type of classified item.
Description Details about the classified item.
State The current lifecycle state of the classified item: In Work, Frozen, Approved, Released, or Obsolete.

Action Description For More Information
Add Existing Adds an existing object to the classified item. The added object must be a valid classifiable type. —
Remove Removes the selected classified item from the class. —
Reclassify Reclassifies the selected classified item. —

Search Within Locates an object stored within the selected class. —
Set Retention Schedule Sets the retention schedule for the classified item. —
