Page Actions

When you list request templates, the toolbar includes these actions:

Action	Description	For More Information
Search	Filters the list of request templates to only those that contain the characters that you enter. Enter at least 3 characters to search within the list.	Filtering Listed Items by Title
View Route Templates	Opens the route template in the Route Management dashboard app. You can create the route template and use it in the request template. Tip: You can create a route template in 3DSpace using Collaborations and Approvals. For more information, see Creating Route Templates in the Collaboration and Approvals User's Guide.	—
New Request Template	Creates a request template.	Creating Request Templates
Revise	Revises the request template that is in the Released or Obsolete state.	Revising Request Templates
Delete	Deletes selected request templates that are in the In Work state. Note: Deleting large numbers of objects at one time causes timeout issues.	Deleting Request Templates
Tile View	Displays the request templates in a tile or a table. Click Tile View or a Data Grid View.	Tile View Data Grid View
Sort	Sorts request templates by title in ascending or descending order.	Sorting Items in a View

Information

You can select the request template and click Information to view the request template details. For more information, see Request Template Information.

Tile View

You can hover over each tile to view the request template details. For each request template, the tile provides these details:

Detail	Description
	The request template image.
Title	The user-defined title of the object.
Maturity	The current maturity state of the object.
Revision	The revision level of the object.
Request Category	The request category for the request template: Component Introduction Request Component Modification Request Source Change Notification
Component Category	Classification information that comes from the selected request template. Lists all component categories connected to a request template.

Data Grid View

For each request template, the table provides these details:

Column	Description
Title	The title of the request template. You can click the title hyperlink to open the request template.
Name	The name of the request template.
Revision	The revision level of the object.
Description	The description of the request template.
Maturity	The current maturity state of the object.
Request Category	The request category selected for the request template: Component Introduction Request, Component Modification Request, or Source Change Notification.
Component Category	Classification information that comes from the selected request template.
Route Templates Displays the route templates and route template revisions of the request template. The route template revision is appended to the route template name.
Under Review Workflow	Displays the route template configured for the Under Review state of the component request.
Request Approval Workflow	Displays the route template configured for the Request Approval state of the component request.
Under Implementation Workflow	Displays the route template configured for the Under Implementation state of the component request.
Final Review Workflow	Displays the route template configured for the Final Review state of the component request.
Request Assignee	The name of the request assignee.
Creation Date	The date and time when the object was created.
Modification Date	The date and time when the object was last modified. If not modified, this date is the same as the Creation Date.

You can select these options from each request template's context menu.
