View Supplier Companies

You can list the supplier companies in your network and filter the companies based on your requirements. The icons display in blue when active. The number of filtered supplier companies and the total number of supplier companies in the database display below the toolbar.

Filter by	Filters the supplier companies based on the following selections: Favorite Companies Countries Industries Product Categories Relationship Levels Relationship Preference Status	Filtering My Network
Sort by	You can sort supplier companies alphabetically or by creation date in ascending or descending order on the Tile View and Datagrid View. By default, supplier companies are sorted alphabetically. To select the order to sort by, click inside the list: Creation Date Creation Date Name - default Name The last sort is saved and used the next time the app starts. To close the list, click outside the list. Upon selecting a sort filter, the selected sort icon displays in blue, , and the results list is sorted.	Filtering My Network
Find	Searches the list of supplier companies to only those that contain the characters that you enter. Enter at least three characters to search within the list. The  displays blue when it is active. Click the  to close the search field. On mobile devices only: The Find search field displays below the page toolbar on mobile devices.	Filtering My Network

Information	Displays the supplier company Properties and Activities in the right-side panel. Click  to close the panel.	My Network Information Panel

Tile View

You can click Tile View to view information about the supplier company.


Tile View Fields
	The image associated with the supplier company.
Company Name	The supplier company name.
Country	The country for the supplier company.
Industry	The industry for the supplier company.
Relationship Level	The type of relationship: Potential Supplier Candidate Supplier Supplier Partner Refused Supplier
Relationship Preference	The preference level of the relationship.  Not Preferred  Default  Preferred
Effectivity	The general relationship effectivity status:  - The relationship is active and has passed the expiration date.  - The relationship is in work and has passed the start date or the relationship is active and the end date is due within 30 days.  - The relationship end date is more than 30 days away. Note: You can edit the relationship effectivity. For more information, see Relationships
Supplier Rating	Indicates the supplier ratings for the supplier company. Supply Network Managers set the supplier ratings. Hover over the to display the rate criteria: Quality Cost Delivery Environmental Sustainability
Mark Favorite	Indicates whether the supplier company is one of your favorites. If the supplier company is a favorite, the is blue. You can click to mark the supplier company a favorite. You can click again to remove it as a favorite company. A message displays when a company is added or removed as a favorite.
Open	Opens the supplier company identity card. You can also right-click in the tile to open the supplier company. For more information, see Opening Supplier Companies.

Map View

You can click Map View to view supplier company locations on a map. Supplier companies pins display based on the longitude and latitude values used when the company was created. You can zoom in to view the pins in a cluster or zoom out to return to the cluster.

The following legend displays below the map:


Icon	Description
Supplier Company	Represents the current location of the supplier company based on their longitude and latitude values. Selected pins display with a blue border.
Supplier Company Cluster	Represents groups of supplier companies. Selected clusters display with a blue border. Each cluster includes the number of supplier companies in the cluster.

You can single-click a pin to display the company tile above the pin. From the tile, you can click to mark the supplier company a favorite. For more information, see Tile View.

You can single-click a pin on the map and click Information to view the properties and activities related to the company. For more information, see My Network Information Panel.

You can double-click a pin on the map to open the company identity card and related tabs. For more information, see Supplier Company Identity Card.

To view multiple companies at one time, hover over at the lower left corner and click Allow Multiple Popups to view the company pop-up in the map. You can click the setting again to remove the option.

Note: On iPad only: If a popup is opened on a pin and the pin moves out of the view, the popup automatically closes.

Note: On Desktop only: If a popup is opened on a pin and the pin moves out of the view, the popup remains open while the pin is out of view.

Datagrid View

The Datagrid View lists company details in a table. You can select the supplier company name to view the Properties and Activities tabs in the Information panel. You can double-click the supplier company name to open the identity card.


Column	Description
Name	The name of the company.
Country	The country for the supplier company.
Industry	The industry for the supplier company.
Relationship Preference Status	The preference level of the relationship.  Not Preferred  Default  Preferred
Relationship Level	The type of relationship: Potential Supplier Candidate Supplier Supplier Partner Refused Supplier
Relationship Effectivity End Date	The relationship effectivity expiration date.  - The relationship is active and has passed the expiration date.  - The relationship is in work and has passed the start date or the relationship is active and the end date is due within 30 days.  - The relationship end date is more than 30 days away. Creation Date	The date the company was created.
