Attachments

The Attachments tab lists the documents that are attached to the current object.

To access this page,

Open a qualification. For more information, see Opening Qualifications.
Click Attachments.
Tip: You can also drag an attachment and drop it on the Attachments tab.

Tile View/Thumbnail View

Each Tile View and Thumbnail View includes this information about the attachment:


Detail	Description
Document Image	The image of the file associated with the document.
Title	The user-defined title of the object.
Maturity	The current maturity state of the object.
	The available actions for the attachment. For more information, see Context Menu.

The Data Grid View displays the attachment details in a table.


Column	Description
Title	The user-defined title of the object.
Revision	The revision level of the object.
Maturity	The current maturity state of the object.
Owner	The user currently responsible for the object.
Description	The description of the object.
Name	The unique identifier of the object, automatically defined at creation.
Creation Date	The date and time when the object was created.
Modification Date	The date and time when the object was last modified. If not modified, this date is the same as the Creation Date.

The identity card provides basic information about the attachment.

To access this page, select an attachment and click Information.


Field	Description
Document Title	The user-defined title of the object.
Name	The object filename.
Creation Date	The date and time when the object was created.
Owner	Current owner of the object.


Command	Description
Expand	Click to show full information in the identity card.
Collapse	Click to show minimal information in the identity card. Not all fields appear when you collapse the identity card.

The Properties tab displays details about the object.


Field	Description
Type	The type of object.
Name	The unique identifier of the object, automatically defined at creation.
Description	The description of the object, if defined. If you enter a URL, an email address, or a File Transfer Protocol link, this text is clickable and opens the link.
Revision	The revision level of the object.
Title	The object filename.
Owner	The owner of the object.
Creation Date	The date and time when the object was created.
Modification Date	The date and time when the object was last modified. If not modified, this date is the same as the Creation Date.

You can use these actions from the toolbar.

Search	Searches for attachments based on the criteria entered. Enter at least 3 characters to search within the list.	Filtering Listed Items by Title

Download	Downloads an attachment to your computer.	Download an Attachment
Remove	If you have access, you can remove attachments.	Remove an Attachment

Sort	Sorts the attachments by title in ascending or descending order.	—

You can click or right-click in the object and select the following actions.

Open With	Opens the selected attachment in another app, such as Document Management.	Open an Attachment in Another App
Download	Saves the selected attachment to your computer.	Download an Attachment
Remove	If you have access, you can remove the selected attachment from the list.	Remove an Attachment
