My Qualifications Page

You can view the Equivalent, General, and Context Qualifications that are currently in the In Work or In Review lifecycle state.

To access this page,

From the home page, click My Qualifications.
The equivalent qualifications that you have access to and are in the In Work and Review lifecycle states are listed.
To filter the qualifications, click .
Select Equivalent Qualification, General Qualification, or Context Qualification.

Page Actions

The qualifications toolbar includes these actions:


Action	Description	For More Information
Search	Searches for qualifications based on the criteria entered. Enter at least 3 characters to search within the list.	Filtering Listed Items by Title
New Qualification	Creates an equivalent or general qualification.	Creating Qualifications
Revise	Creates a revision of a qualification that is in the Released or Obsolete state.	Revising Qualifications
Delete	Deletes the selected qualification that is in the In Work state from the list and the database. A confirmation displays before deleting the qualification. Note: Deleting large numbers of objects at one time causes timeout issues.	Deleting Qualifications
Filter Qualifications	Select one of the following: Equivalent Qualification General Qualification Context Qualification	—
Tile View	Specifies the page view: Tile View Data Grid View	Tile View Data Grid View
Sort	Sorts qualifications by title.	Sorting Items in a View

Information

You can select the qualification and click Information to view the qualification details in the right-side panel. For more information, see Qualification Information Tabs.

Tile View

Each tile includes this key information about the qualification:


Detail	Description
	The object image.
Title	The user-defined title of the object.
Maturity	The current maturity state of the object.
Comments	The description of the qualification.

Data Grid View

The Data Grid View provides a table view with these details:


Column	Description
Name	The unique identifier of the object, automatically defined at creation. You can click the title hyperlink to open the qualification.
Engineering Item Note: Displays for equivalent qualifications.	The context engineering item for the equivalent qualifcation.
Context Item Note: Displays for context qualifications.	The context item for the manufacturer equivalent item.
Context Type Note: Displays for context qualifications.	The type of context qualification: Engineering Item Project Plant Product
Revision	The revision level of the qualification.
Manufacturer Equivalent Item	The title of the manufacturer equivalent item connected to the qualification.
Manufacturer	The manufacturer of the manufacturer equivalent item.
Comments	Any comments about the qualification.
Preferred Note: Displays for equivalent and context qualifications.	Yes, the qualification is preferred. No, the qualification is not preferred.
Approved	The status of the general qualification. Yes, if the qualification is approved. No, if the qualification is not approved. If you have access, you can view and edit the qualification status. By default, the status is empty. The Approved field must have a value of Yes or No before the qualification can be promoted to the Released state.
Maturity	The current maturity state of the object.
Creation Date	The date and time when the object was created.
Modification Date	The date and time when the object was last modified. If not modified, this date is the same as the Creation Date.

You can click or right-click in the object and select the following actions.
