Published Document Content Lifecycles

A published document is processed by moving it through the maturity states in its lifecycle. The actions available depend on the maturity state of the published document.

Private

Owners, Leaders, and Repository Managers can read, delete, or promote the published document to the Released state. Leaders and Repository Managers can read all Private published documents.

Released

Anyone with access can view the published document. Owners, Leaders, and Repository Managers can delete or demote the published document to the Private state.
