Accessing Channels

You can access the default channels My Dashboards, My Network, and My Drives, as well as the channels you created, from the left pane.

  1. From the Compass, click the East Quadrant.
  2. From the left pane you can select:
    • The Wire, which displays an aggregation of all your channels.
    • The default channels My Dashboards, My Network, or My Drives, to see their content.
      Note: My Drives are not available to 3DEXPERIENCE Advocacy users.
    • My Channels, to see the channels that you created.
      Note: 3DEXPERIENCE Advocacy users cannot create channels.

    When you open a channel from the My Channels section, you can see the following content:

    Element Description
    Name of the channel The name of the channel displays on top of the screen.
    Articles All articles related to the interests and sources you selected. For more information, see Managing Articles.

    Articles have different icons depending on their type:

    • is an article from NETVIBES
    • is an article from 3DDrive
    Publish

    Use the Publish feature to launch the Publish panel. For more information, see Publish an Article.

    From this panel, you can share an article in a community or in a conversation.
    Tip: Use the My Channels search box at the top of the left area, to search for a channel by name.
