Change Orders in My Changes

You can view all the change orders (CO) with which you are associated. From the My Changes page, click the Change Order tab. You can expand the COs to see associated child COs (if any) and navigate to related change actions.

You may see fewer columns, depending on from where you accessed the page.
Column Description
Name Name of the change order. Click a name to go to the Properties page for that object.
Type Change order type or subtype.
Status Status of the change order:
  • In Work (not late)
  • In Work (late)
  • Completed (on time)
  • Completed (late)
Owner Person responsible for the change order.
Originator Person who created the change order.
Coordinator Person responsible for the assessment and completion of the change order.
State Current state of the change order in its lifecycle.
Approval Status The approval status (Awaiting Approval, Approved).
Description Details about the change order that were entered when the change order was created.
Organization Business organization that owns the change order.
Reported Against Item about which the change was reported.
Start Date Date from which changes will be in effect.
End Date Actual completion date of the change order.
Due Date Date when the change order must be completed.
Requested Change Operation that the change action is to perform on the proposed change.
Reason for Change Why the change is required.
Severity Low, Medium, or High.
Summary Report A printable report of the change order details.
Click the icon to edit the change order in that row. See Editing Change Order Details.
