Field	Description
Information and Status
Change Template	The change template, if any, from which the change order was generated
Messages	Displays a message if you have been assigned to a route task connected to the change order
Status	The change order lifecycle status. Hover over the icon to view the status name.
Basic
Title	Title of the change order.
Name	Name of the change order
State	Current lifecycle state of the change order
Type	The change order type or subtype
Originator	Person who created the change order
Owner	Person responsible for the change order
Change Details and Related Information
Description	Details about the change
Related CR	The change request connected to the change order
Organization	Company or business unit where the change request was raised
Category of Change	Category to which the change order belongs
Reported Against	Item about which the change was reported
Severity	Severity of the change
Parent CO	If the CO is a child of another CO, the parent CO is shown in this field.
Approvers
Approvers	Route template that lists the people who are responsible for approving and promoting the change order from the In Approval state to the Completed state
Informed Users	List of users who are notified that the change order is released
Extended Attributes
Originated	Date the change order was created
Modified	Date the change order was last modified
Due Date	Date on which the change order must be completed
Hold and Resume History	List of Hold and Resume actions performed on the change order

Edit	Enables editing of the change order.	Editing Change Order Details
Transfer Ownership	Transfers the ownership of the change order from the current owner to its initiator. This command is displayed only when the originator and the owner are different users, and is not available after the change order is promoted to the In Work state.	Transferring Ownership
Cancel	Cancels the change order and all affected change actions. The owner of the change order can cancel it before the In Work state.	Canceling a Change Order
Hold	Places the change order on hold.	Holding/Resuming a Change Order
Resume	Shown only for change orders in the On Hold state. Promotes the change order and connected change actions back to the state they were in when the change order was put on hold. Notifications are sent to all contributors and Approvers, to Informed user list and Approver list members, and to the change order originator.	-
Subscribe	Subscribes to notifications for change order events such as cancel, hold, and others.	Subscription Management
HTML Report	Generates a summary report in HTML format for the change order.	-
