Creating Protocols

As an Administrator, you can create protocols available for all the users.

Creating Communication Matrices

Environment: On premises only

  1. From the Global section of the action bar, click Preferences .
  2. In the Preferences dialog box, select the Communication Protocols node and click Create Preference .
    A protocol is created and appears under the Communication Protocols node.
  3. Select the created protocol and edit its title and select its multiplexed status.
