Rotating Branch Profiles
You can orient a branch by rotating its profile.

In the
tree
or in the
3D area
, select a branch.
Note:
You can select a multi-profile branch.
From the
Branch
section of the
action bar
, click
Immersive Branch Definition
.
The
Auto Routing Mode
is activated.
The
Branch Properties
panel appears.
From the
context toolbar
, select
Push Pull Mode
.
Rotate Branch Profile
is available.
Click
Rotate Branch Profile
.
In the
3D area
:
Objects other than the selected branch are greyed out.
The
Robot
is snapped to the middle of the selected branch.
An angle editor displaying the current angle value of the branch profile appears.
To rotate the branch profile, do one of the following:
Rotate the arc of the robot.
Rotate the triangular manipulator.
Tip:
When dragging the triangular manipulator, you can simultaneously view the branch rotating in the
3D area
.
Click the angle value to enter a precise value, and then press
Enter
or click in the
3D area
to validate.
In the
3D area
, the branch profile is rotated.
To cancel your manipulations, press
Escape
.
To validate your manipulations, click
Exit Branch Rotation
.
