Toolbar Commands

The Manage P&O and Content console shows a set of command icons on the toolbar, and an additional set when you click the Advanced command.

In prior releases, the console included a Content tab that allowed you to configure such items as attributes, content and revision naming, access rules, and more. This functionality has been replaced with the more user-friendly Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center widget available in the Collaborative Spaces Control Center app. For more information, see Configuring Content for the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

The icons that show on the toolbar depend on whether the solution option is set to baseline behavior or customer-specific environment. In the baseline environment, you only see the collaborative space and options icons, but you should not use them unless absolutely necessary.
