Click
to view as tiles. The tiles view shows your Services Items as small tiles. When you click a tile, the small tile slides to the left and shows details about that Services Item in the right pane. The details include these items:
- ID Card
- Properties

- Documents

- Marketing and Sales
- Selected Options

- Define Status

- Composition

- Related Items

Small Tile
When viewing the tasks as tiles, you see the list pane with a small tile for each Services Item and the details pane. The small tile includes this basic information:
- Services item name
- Product classification
- Life stage
ID Card
When you click a small tile, the ID card slides into view. The ID card includes these details:
- Services item name
- Product classification
- Life stage
- Saleable
Click Open in 3DSpace
to open the Services Item in Services Management. For more information, see Services Item Properties.
Services Items Properties
The Properties
tab includes more details than in the list of Services Items:

Marketing Name | The marketing name of the Services Item. |
Product Classification | The product classification copied from the based on Services Product. |
State | The current lifecycle state of the Services Item. |
Policy | The policy that governs the lifecycle of the Services Item. |
Based On | The name of the Services Product on which this Services Item is based. |
Governing Project | The project that governs the development of the Services Item. |
Owner | The person who owns the Services Item. |
Design Responsibility | The organization responsible for designing the Services Item. |
Sponsor | A person who endorses this product. |
Documents
The Documents
tab lists a tile view of Services Documents added to Services Item. Click a document name. You can click Download
to save the document to your computer.
If you click the document name, the small tile slides to the left and the Id card and property details of the document display. The properties include these details:
Property Name | Description |

Title | Title assigned to the Business Document. |
Owner | Name of the person who owns the document. |
Type | Business Document. This is the only document type used for Proposals. |
Modifed | The most recent date that the document was updated. |
Description | A brief description of the purpose of the document. |
Originated | The date the document was created. |
To work with a document, you can perform these tasks:
- Click Download
to save a document to your computer. - Click the document name to view its properties.
- On the Properties list, click Open in 3DSpace
to open the document in Collaboration and Approvals. For more information, see Documents and Content.
Marketing and Sales
The Marketing and Sales tab lists properties of the Services Item that deal with marketing or selling of the Services Item.

Marketing Text | The descriptive marketing text of the Services Item. |
Saleable | Is this item available to sell: Yes or No |
Sales Intent | Indicates how the Services Item is intended to be used to sell the product:- Standard Configuration: Can be sold in the market and appears in a product catalog.
- Custom Configuration: Created for one customer and is not available in the product
catalog.

Markets | The countries or regions where the Services Item can be marketing. |
Life Stage | The current stage of the Services Item. |
Start Effectivity | The date when the effectivity of this Services Item starts. |
End Efefctivity | The date when the effectivity of this Services Item should end. |
Purpose | Indicates how the Services Item will be used:- Evaluation: For internal engineering, for example, to test
configuration rules.
- Order: For sale to customers.
- Accessory: The default for Services Items based on configuration features.

Milestone | If the Services Product selected for Based On has a governing project, shows the milestone at which the effectivity for this Services Item begins. |
Selected Options
The Selected Options
tab lists the Configuration Features and the selected Configuration Options that define the Services Item in a tree structure.

Tree | Shows the names of the Configuration Features and the selected Configuration Options in a tree structure. |
Type | The type of object for that row: Configuration Feature or Configuration Option. |
Name | The display name for the object. |
Revision | For Configuration Features, the revision level. |
Define Status
The Define Status
tab lists the status of the configuration.
Property | Description |

Rule Compliancy Status | Indicates whether the Services Item is compliant with configuration rules:- Valid: Selected options are all compatible. No conflict was found.
- Invalid: Some selected options are not compatible. They are in conflict with one or more rules defined in the system.
- Unknown: No status was computed. Rules are disabled.

Configuration Completeness Status | Indicates how complete the Services Item is:- Partial: At least one "must select" feature does not have a value, part of the product definition is missing—the resulting product is partial.
- Complete: All "must select" features have a value and "single select" features have no more than one option selected—the resulting product is coherent and complete.
- Hybrid: At least one "single select" feature has multiple options selected, so the resulting product is a mix of several valid products—it is hybrid.

Overall Completeness Status | Indicates how complete the Services Item is based on the configuration completion status, and if the rules are valid and activated. |

tab shows the nested items as a tree structure.
