About Services Product Contributor

The Services Product Contributor license role provides access to Services Management and Services Product Business Metrics. A Services Product Contributor participates in the development and packaging of Services Products in a multi-discipline, collaborative context.

The Services Product Contributor license role lets you perform these tasks:

  • Contribute to new product introduction and product modification
  • Contribute specification and reference documents as product deliverables
  • Contribute to a product catalog of saleable items by configuring and packaging standard or custom products
  • Define languages for documents.

Services Product Contributor works with other apps and lets you perform these tasks:

  • Project Management
    • List and view Programs
    • View Business Goals properties
    • List owned and member Projects
    • View Project properties
    • View and edit schedules
    • Create and edit dependencies and constraints
    • View project assessments, governed items, baselines, and related projects
    • View folders and folder content
    • Create and add documents to folders
    • View your tasks and edit your tasks, including adding subtasks, reassigning tasks, adding business calendar and deliverables, editing the task schedule, and submitting effort information.
    • Create Meetings and Decisions, including agenda items
    • Create and perform all actions for Risks and Issues for your assigned Tasks
    • View Routes, and create Routes for your assigned Tasks
    • View properties for CTQ (Critical To Quality)
    • Create and submit a weekly Time Sheet
