Creates a document. Select the type of
document you want to create. For a Project Management or Product
Development project, you can create a Services Document or
Services Specification. For a Business Initiative project, you
can create those types of documents or a Business
Document. |

Add Existing |
Adds an existing file to the file list. Find
and select the document. You can add existing Services Documents
and Business Documents that are not in the canceled or obsolete.
You cannot add existing Services Specifications. |

Download |
Copies selected Documents to your local
machine without locking them on the server. If a document
contains multiple files, they are downloaded in a single zip
file. |

Remove |
Removes selected documents, click
OK to confirm. |

Delete |
Deletes selected documents, click
OK to confirm. For baseline
behavior, an Administrator can delete the document in any state. |
