Tasks and Deliverables List

The Tasks and Deliverables tab on the My View page consolidates everything that you are responsible for.

WBS Tasks

This tab lists all project schedule tasks assigned to you. This tab shows same columns as the Tasks page, but without the ability to edit. You can use this page to quickly find a task, click it, and perform any required actions. For more information, see Project Management User's Guide: Working with Tasks Assigned to You.

You can use the menu to choose which view of the tasks list you want to see:

View Description
Ongoing WBS Tasks Lists tasks that are in progress.
WBS Tasks Lists all tasks, including completed tasks.

Approval Tasks

This tab lists all approval tasks (usually from routes) assigned to you. This tab shows the same columns as the Tasks page, but without the ability to edit.

You can use the menu to choose which view of the tasks list you want to see:

View Description
Ongoing Tasks Lists tasks that are in progress.
Tasks Lists all tasks, including completed tasks.

Deliverables

This tab lists the deliverables you are responsible for.

Column Name Description
Title The title of the content item.
Locked Files Number of files locked / number of files checked into this document. For example, 2/4 indicates 2 files of the 4 files checked into this object are locked.
(Route) If the icon shows in the row, the document is included in an active route. See Routes.
Name You can click the name to view the properties for the document and the files checked into it. See File List for a Non-versioning Document.
Rev The revision ID. See Document Revisions Page.
Ver The version ID for a file, or an icon indicating multiple files. See File Versions Page.
Type The content type.
Actions The actions you can perform on the listed content.

Subscribe

View and select subscriptions for a document.

Download

Download the files in the Document to your local machine. Browse to the directory or folder you want to contain the file.

When the document contains multiple files they are downloaded in a single zip file.

Check Out and Lock

Check out the files in the Document to your local machine and lock the files from other users who cannot unlock it. Navigate to the folder or directory you want to contain the file.

When the document contains multiple files they are downloaded in a single zip file.

Update Files Update a checked-out file to its next version. See Uploading Files.
Check In Check in a new file. See Uploading Files.

For Documents governed by the Document Release policy, the same accesses listed above for check out also apply to check in.

Lock Lock the file without checking it out.
Unlock Unlock the file without checking in a new version.

State The current state of the content
You can click to view the Properties page for the document in a separate window.
