Create
Translations |
Add a translated file. The document must be in
the Released state. The translated file must exist on your
computer. No checks are made to ensure that the selected
file is an actual translation of the context
document. You must have the Services Product Manager, Services Product Developer, or Services Product Contributor license role. |
Creating Documents |
Download |
Copies checked Documents to your computer
without locking them on the server. If a document contains
multiple files, they are downloaded in a single zip file. Any
license role can download the translation. |

Remove |
Removes checked documents, click
OK to confirm. You must have the
Leader access role and own the Services Document to remove a
translation. For a Services Specification, you can
only remove a translation if the Services Specification is
in the Created or Draft state. You must have the Services Product Manager, Services Product Developer, or Services Product Contributor license role. |

Delete |
Deletes checked documents, click
OK to confirm. For baseline
behavior, an Administrator can delete the document in any state. You must
have the Services Product Manager, Services Product Developer, or Services Product Contributor license role. |
