You can use Paste Special to paste the entire bookmark structure,
including references and representations in the destination bookmark using Paste
with whole duplication.

From the expanded bookmark structure or 3D representation in the work area, select the bookmark in which you want to paste the
copied or cut bookmark, using Paste Special.

You can do either of the following:
- Right-click the bookmark and click Paste Special
. - Select the bookmark and click Paste Special
in the Fixed section of the action bar.
The Paste Special dialog box appears.

Select Paste with whole duplication
and click OK.
The structure of the copied or cut bookmark, along with all its subbookmarks, is pasted in
the destination bookmark. It is visible in both the bookmark structure as well as the 3D
representation in the work area.
Note:
Any references and representations in the copied or
cut bookmark are not duplicated because their copies are inserted into the new bookmark.
The duplicated objects that are part of the bookmark structure are named according to the
convention established during setup that the Administrator can change.
