Copying a Logical Feature from Another Object

You can reuse or copy a logical feature from an existing structure to a context item.

For the Copy From action, you start with the item you want to copy the structure to. Then you select the item from which you want to copy structural elements.

Note: If you manually add a variant, option group, variant value, or option to a model version and then add it as a design variant to a logical feature, that variant, option group, variant value, or option is retained in the model version context even if the design variant is removed.

Before you begin: View the Logical View page for the model version. See Logical View Tab on the Logical Structures Page.
