Create a Filter
You can define and apply a filter on each column of the Referential panel, except on the Last Modified On column.
- From the header of the column that you want to filter, click Filter Values .

If you are filtering the Type,
Published, or Last Modified by, do the
following:

Select the attribute values to create your filter.
Tip: By default, the attribute values are listed alphabetically (A-Z). Click to sort the attribute values in descending order (Z-A). - Click Apply.

If you are filtering the Name,
Description, or Count columns, select an
operator.
Operator Description Availability Starts with Displays datasets whose Name or Description values start with the string that you enter. Available if you are filtering the following columns: - Name
- Description
Ends with Displays datasets whose Name or Description values end with the string that you enter Contains Displays datasets whose Name or Description values contain the string that you enter. Equal To Displays the datasets whose Count values match with the value that you enter. Available if you are filtering the Count column. Not Equal To Displays the datasets whose Count values are different from the value that you enter. Less Than Displays the datasets whose Count values are strictly inferior to the value you enter. Less Than or Equal To Displays the datasets whose Count values are inferior or equal to the value you enter. Greater Than Displays the datasets whose Count values are strictly superior to the value you enter. Greater Than or Equal To Displays the datasets whose Count values are superior or equal to the value you enter. In Range Displays the datasets whose Count value is comprised between the two values that you enter. -
Depending on the columns that you are filtering, enter the string or values to create
your filter.
The dialog box updates and provides you with the possibility to create a combined filter. A combined filter makes it possible to refine the datasets according to two criteria. For example, you can decide to display only the datasets that contain the word
building
or that contain the wordhouse
. - Optional:
Create a combined filter.

Select one of the operators:
- AND: returns the datasets that match the two criteria you define.
- OR: returns the datasets that match with either one of the criteria you define.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4.

Select one of the operators:

Click Apply.
The column displays to indicate a filter is active. The Referential panel returns only the datasets that match with your filters.
