Managing the Datasets from the Referential Panel

You can manage the datasets from your experience directly from the Referential panel.

Before you begin:
  1. Open a referential. For more information, see Welcome Screen.
  2. Open the Referential panel. For more information, see Opening the Referential Panel.

Sorting Datasets
  1. Optional: To refine the list of datasets among which you want to perform a search, either:
    1. Apply a filter on a column. For more information, see Filtering Datasets.
    2. Perform a search among your dataset. For more information, see Finding a Specific Dataset.
  2. From the Available City Datasets section of the Referential panel, right-click a dataset.
  3. Select one of the following options.
    CommandDescription
    Add to Experience Adds the dataset to your experience.

    The dataset appears in your Experience tree and your experience updates its display.

    Tip: You can also drag the dataset from the Referential panel to your experience.
    Upload Style Uploads the style of the original dataset to the server so that all users using this dataset can benefit from this custom styling.
    Notes: Upload Style:
    • Is available only if you are assigned the City Referential Manager (CRM or CRMIC) responsibility.
    • Uploads only the default style, called Base Style, if your dataset has multiple styles. For more information, see Managing Per-dataset Styling.
    Reset Style Resets the style of the selected dataset to its initial style (either the default style, or the style defined for the datasource).
    Note: Reset Style is available only if you are assigned the City Referential Manager (CRM or CRMIC) responsibility.
