App Options Panel

The App Options panel provides options for defining a mechanism's nominal position, commands and motors display, clashes detection, gravity representation display, and hooking points display.

To access the App Options panel, from the Tools section of the action bar, select App Options .

Display Engineering Connections
Lets you visualize engineering connections in the 3D area.

Display Commands and Motors in the 3D area

Lets you visualize kinematics commands and motors in the 3D area.

Stop Manipulation On Clash
Lets you stop the manipulation before a clash.

Transient/Nominal Mode
Lets you specify if the configuration of the mechanism at the end of the simulation must be saved as the permanent configuration of the model.

Display Gravity in the 3D
Lets you display an arrow representing the gravity orientation in the 3D area.
