Purged Document Properties

The properties of a purged document let you see details about when it was purged, and the details about the document before it was purged.

To access this page:

  1. View the list of retained documents for a retention record. See Retained Documents List.
  2. Click the Name of the document.

Fields

Field Name Description
Name The name of the purged object.
Type The object type: Purged Record.
State The state of the purged object.
Policy The policy that governs the document: Purged Record.
Owner The owner of the purged object.
Purged Date The date when the object was purged.
Purged Type The type of the object that was purged, for example Document.
Purged Description The description of the document that was purged.
Purged Name The name of the document that was purged.
Purged Title The title of the document that was purged.
Purged Format The format of the document that was purged.
Purged Owner The owner of the document that was purged.
Purged State The state of the document when it was purged
File Names Names of files connected to the document that was purged.

Edit Details Action

To edit the purged document properties:

  1. Click Edit in the page toolbar.
  2. Edit the Description as required.
  3. Click Done.

Lifecycle

Shows the lifecycle of the purged object. It has only one lifecycle state of Purged.

Lists the Retention Schedule objects and other references if they are maintained based on settings.
