Loading Objects in Collaborative Lifecycle for Dashboard

You can load one or several objects in Collaborative Lifecycle for Dashboard from another app, the search results, or directly search them from the home page.

If you load one object, the user interface displays the Revision Explorer, and let you select any revision, branch, or duplicate of the object to perform lifecycle or collaboration operations.

If you load several objects, they are displayed in thumbnail view. You can select one or several of these objects to perform lifecycle or collaboration operations. To perform an operation on another revision, branch, or duplicate of the object, you can do either of the following:

  • Load the revision, branch, or duplicate in the app.
  • For some lifecycle operations, open the Revision Explorer of the object with the Revisions command. Right-click the revision, branch, or duplicate, and select the required command from the context menu.

To remove the content loaded in Collaborative Lifecycle for Dashboard, from the action bar, click Clear All .

Note: If a change is made to an object loaded in Collaborative Lifecycle for Dashboard such that the object is no longer accessible, this object is unloaded from the widget. This might happen, for example, if the object is transferred to another user, or demoted to the Private maturity state.
