Applying a Rendering Style on a View

You can now define a specific rendering style on each view to visualize different view backgrounds with different rendering styles in the same layout.


Before you begin: Open a 2D layout representation containing views.

Viewing the Rendering Style per Object
  1. Right-click a view or a section, and select Rendering Style.
  2. Select a required style for the view from the following:
    • No Specific Rendering Style
    • Shading
    • Shading with Edges
    • Wireframe
    • Customize Style

    When you select No Specific Rendering Style, the rendering style stored on the views or sections is reset. The views or sections are then visualized with the rendering style defined on the layout viewer.

  3. Select Customize Style.

    A warning message appears to confirm whether these style modifications are to be applied on the layout viewer.

  4. In the Customize Style dialog box, select the required options.
  5. To modify the rendering style, right-click the view and select Properties > Visualization tab.
