Adding Assignees

You can add assignees to the complaint, equipment service request (ESR), or inquiry.


Before you begin:
  • The complaint, ESR, or inquiry must be in Create or In Process state.
  • You must be the Quality Manager or complaint investigator.
  • You must be on the Assignees page.

  1. From the Assignees page toolbar, click Add Existing.

    If you are a Quality Manager , you can also select the required object from the Complaints, Equipment Service Requests, or Inquiries page, and select Actions > Add Existing in the tab toolbar.

    The Search Results page appears.
  2. Select the required user and click Submit.
    The selected user is added as an assignee.
