Columns

Column Name Description
Name Name of the assignee
Role Role assigned to the person. The roles are:

  • Assignee: a user to which an NC is assigned. Assignees can modify the fields of NC and product control after accepting an NC.
  • Approver: a user which approves a route task. Approvers can modify the fields of NC and product control after accepting an NC.
Important: The last person on route cannot change the role from Approver to Assignee.
Organization Organization of the assignee
Work Phone Number Assignee's work number
Email Assignee's e-mail address

Remove Removes the selected assignee. Click OK to confirm. --
