Modifying Fulfillment Properties

If you want to change the details of a fulfillment, you can modify it. You can update details such as quantity, dates, and shipping details.


Before you begin:
  • You must be the owner, a quality manager, or complaint investigator.
  • The complaint or ESR must be in Create or In Process state.
  • You must be on the Returns/Fulfillments page.

  1. From the Returns/Fulfillments page, from the Fulfillments tab toolbar, click Edit All.
  2. Modify the following details.
    Column Name Description
    QuantityClick the displayed value and type the quantity of fulfillment.
    Unit of MeasureClick the displayed value and select a unit of measure.
    AmountClick the displayed value. Type the required amount, select a currency, and click Done.
    Shipped To CustomerClick the displayed date, click , and select the required date.
    Date Received By Customer Click the displayed date, click , and select the required date.
    Date Shipped From Customer Click the displayed date, click , and select the required date.
    Date Received From Customer Click the displayed date, click , and select the required date.
    CarrierClick the displayed value and select a shipping carrier. You can select FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Other.
    MethodClick the displayed value and select a shipping method. You can select 2nd Day, Nexy Day by 10AM, Overnight, or Standard.
  3. Click Save.
    The updated details are saved.
  4. Click View All in the tab toolbar to exit edit mode.
