The Regulatory Grid page provides the details related to regulatory status for a particular product.

Section Column Name Description
Countries Country Name Lets you register the context object in the selected country. The search results list the countries in which the product is registered or going to be registered. If you select the countries, the selected plant is also connected to the market authorization or market authorization change and product or plant combination. This combination is selected according to the countries in which these objects are connected.
Auto MA Propagation Status
Actions The icon that provides the actions to perform withdraw and remove the selected part from the context country. This icon is not present for the product. Also it is display if the status of MA is highlighted in the yellow and green color.
Edit withdrawal effective date and reason The icon that provides the action to edit the effective date and reason of the withdrawal. This icon is available if the status of MA is withdrawn and the effective date has not completed.
Remove Market Authorization The icon that provides the action to remove the MA from the context part. This icon is displayed if the status of MA highlighted in the yellow and green color.

Actions and Toolbar Commands

Action Description
Register Lets you register the context object in the selected country. The search results list the countries in which the product is registered or going to be registered. If you select the countries, the selected plant is also connected to the market authorization or market authorization change and product or plant combination. This combination is selected according to the countries in which these objects are connected.
Register in all Countries Lets you register the context object in all the countries. The selected plant also connected to the market authorization or market authorization change for all the countries and product or plant combination.
Withdraw Lets you withdraw a MA from the selected country. The search results list the countries in which the context product is registered or going to be registered. To withdraw a MA from the selected countries
  • From the Search Results, select the countries and click Submit.
  • The Withdrawal page is opened, enter the withdrawal date and reason.
  • Click Done. The MA is disconnected from the selected countries.
Withdraw from all Countries Lets you withdraw a MA from all the countries.
  • The Withdrawal page is opened, enter the withdrawal date and reason.
  • Click Done. The MA is disconnected from the selected countries.
Enable MA Propagation Lets you enable auto MA propagation for the selected country. The search results list the countries in which the context product is registered or going to be registered.
Notes:
  • You can enable MA propagation only for the latest revision of a product or part.
  • If the higher revision is not selected for the enable MA propagation, the error message is displayed.
Enable MA Propagation for all Countries Lets you enable auto MA propagation for all the countries.

Disable MA Propagation Lets you disable auto MA propagation for the selected country. The search results list the countries in which the context product is registered or going to be registered.

  • You can disable MA propagation only for the latest revision of a product or part.
  • If the higher revision is not selected for the enable MA propagation, the error message is displayed.
Disable MA Propagation for all Countries Lets you disable auto MA propagation for all the countries.

  • If the higher revision is not selected for the enable MA propagation, the error message is displayed.
Revisions Lets you select the current revision of the part that is connected with the product or all the revisions of the part.
Countries Filter Lets you open the Countries -Filter page to select the countries. The list shows the countries in which the product is registered or going to be registered for the context regulatory grid. To list the columns only for the selected countries, select the Country Names and click Apply. To reset the previously selected countries, click Reset.
Note: You can also search the required countries using the Search option in the Countries-Filter page.
