attribute Command Syntax

Use this syntax to issue the attribute command. 

[add|convert|copy|check|delete|list|modify|print] attribute NAME {CLAUSE};

  • NAME is the name you assign to the attribute. Attribute names must be unique. For more information, see About Administrative Object Names.
  • CLAUSE provides additional information about the attribute.

When listing attributes, you can list local attributes using the qualified attribute name. For example, list attribute <OWNER>.<ATTRIBUTENAME>;.
