Create  | Available if the part does not have a Material Declaration. When selected from the Requested Parts page, you can create the material declaration for the requested part. When selected from the Parts Accepted page, you can create an unsolicited Material Declaration for a previously reported part. When you submit this new Material Declaration, the Reported Part structure for it is created in Materials Compliance Management. | View / Edit  | Opens an existing Material Declaration for review or edit. See Declaration Editor for IPC 1752 for the list of fields. You can only edit Material Declarations that you created. If you see a message such as "Declaration Owned by PERSON," another user from this supplier organization created the Material Declaration and is the only one who can edit it. | Submit  | Submits the Material Declaration toMaterials Compliance Management.
