Configuring the 3DSwym Ingredient

You can configure Potion with the 3DSwym Ingredient as an Action to automatically publish content on a 3DSwym community on which you are allowed to create content.

Important: Potion publishes content using your name, meaning that your name appears as the content's author on 3DSwym. There is no mention that the content was automatically published by a Potion.

Before you begin: During the configuration of Potion, add 3DSwym as an Action.

List of Ingredients
  1. From the Magically menu, select the type of content you want to create on a 3DSwym community.
  2. From the In community menu, select the 3DSwym community on which you want to create the content.

    Notes:
    • Only the communities on which you are allowed to create content appear.
    • 3DSwym community changes (for example, a new community is created) can take up to 4 hours to propagate to Potion.
    Tip: You can only select one community per 3DSwym Ingredient. If you want your Potion to simultaneously create content on several communities, add as many 3DSwym Ingredients to your Potion as necessary.

  3. In the Title section, select one or both of the following check boxes:
    • The information provided by the Trigger(s).
    • Write your own title and enter your title in the field.
  4. Depending on the Magically option you selected in step 1, select at least one of the following check boxes to specify the body of the content:
    • If you selected Create a post:
      • The information provided by the Trigger(s).
      • Write your own message and enter your text in the field.
    • If you selected Create an idea:
      • The information provided by the Trigger(s).
      • Write your own idea and enter your text in the field.
    • If you selected Create a question:
      • The information provided by the Trigger(s).
      • Write your own question and enter your text in the field.
    • If you selected Create a media:
      • The information provided by the Trigger(s).
      • Write your own description and enter your text in the field.
  5. Select one of the following Publish options:
    • As post
    • As draft
  6. From the File(s) to upload section, do the following:
    1. Select all the check boxes of the types of file you want Potion to attach to your content.

      Only image, video, and audio files can be attached to your content.

    2. Optional: Click to select the maximum number of files that Potion should attach to your content each time the conditions set by the Triggers are met.

    Notes:
    • This step does not appear if the Triggers you added to your Potion do not provide any files.
    • The files will be attached to the content; they will not be placed within the content.

  7. Click Save.
