From the Magically list, select Send a
PushMail.

In the Email list field, enter at least one email address to
which you want to send your PushMail and click
Add.
Notes:
- Recipients only see their own email address in the To email
header field when they receive a PushMail. They never know who else has received your PushMail.
- Recipients can unsubscribe from the Potion at anytime without your knowledge. For more
information, see Managing Email and Phone Notifications.
The email addresses you have added appear in a blue label under the
Email list field. You can:
- Repeat this step to add more email addresses.
- Remove an email address by hovering over its blue label and clicking the
that appears as
you hover.

In the Subject field, enter a title for your PushMail.

In the Sender name field, enter a name to indicate whom the PushMail is sent from.
For example, enter your own name or your company name.

In the Reply-to field, enter the email address to which replies
to your PushMail are sent to when your PushMail recipients reply to it.

Optional: From the Banner image option, click
Browse... to upload an image of yours.
Notes:
- Accepted file formats are GIF, JPG, and
PNG.
- Image size must be less than 5MB.
- You can only upload one image per PushMail.
- When you do not upload any image, your PushMail banner is a default Dassault Systèmes
image.
The image you have uploaded appears on the wizard. To delete this image, click
Delete on its upper-right corner.
- Optional:
In the Banner image link field, enter the URL that opens when
the recipients click the banner image of your PushMail.
The URL must start with http:// or
https://.

Optional: In the Header content field, enter the
text that you want to display on your PushMail under the banner image.

Optional: In the Footer content field, enter the
text that you want to display in the footer of your PushMail.

From the Add apps option, select the widgets whose content you
want to include in your PushMail as follows:

Click the Type to browse field.

Optional: Enter text in the field to refine the content of the list
that appeared.

From the list, select a Metrics Reader, MisoData, Social Analytics, Tracked Topic, or Text Editor widget from your dashboard.
Notes:
- You cannot select Social Analytics and Tracked Topic that contain content from secret or private 3DSwym communities you are not an owner of.
- You cannot select Feed Reader or Corpus Manager widgets. If you want to include articles from
one or several sources of your Corpus Manager in your PushMail, configure a Tracked Topic widget to make it retrieve these articles, then select this widget from the
PushMail
Add apps list.
The widget or tab you selected is added under the Type to
browse field. You can:
- Repeat this step to select more widgets.
- Remove a widget you have selected by clicking
Remove.
Note:
If you have selected a widget that has not yet been configured, it will
not appear in the PushMail content, even if this widget is visible under the Type to
browse field of the wizard. It will only appear in the PushMail content once it has been configured.

For each Tracked Topic widget you have selected, if any, select the number of articles you want to include in
your PushMail from the numbered list.

Add a separator to add a section header between one or several widgets:

Click the Type to browse field.

From the list that appeared, select
Add
separator.
A blank field is added under the Type to browse
field.

Optional: Click this blank field and enter a title.
You can repeat this step to add more separators.
- Optional:
If you have selected several apps, tabs, or separators, drag
Drag to reorder to change the order according to which the content will
be displayed on your PushMail.

From the Article length list, select one of the following
options to specify the length of the article excerpts that will be included in your PushMail, if any:

From the Send the new articles that have been published list,

option, your PushMail may include articles that have already been included in a previous

After a specific date |
Only articles published within the time frame you have defined will be included
in your PushMail. If you select this option, your PushMail may include articles that have already been included in a previous version. Define
the time frame using the Period date picker that appears when
you select this option. |

In the Send a test email section, do both of the following to
receive a test version of your PushMail and verify its actual rendering:

Enter your email address in the field.

Click Send.
A test version of your PushMail is sent to your email address.
- It may take a few minutes for you to receive the test email after you have clicked
Send.
- The test PushMail is only sent to the email address you filled in this field. The email addresses you
have entered in step 1 do not receive any test emails.

From the Do your magic section, select one of the
following options:

Click Save.
The PushMail is created and is sent each time the conditions of Do your magic and
of the Trigger(s) of the Potion are met.
