Troubleshooting: I do not Have Access to at Least 1 Community

The widget displays the following message: e You do not have access to at least 1 community. Check Sources for more details.

This message appears on the widget when its configuration includes private or secret 3DSwym communities you are not a member of. As a result, the widget cannot show you content from these communities.

Cause: You are on a synchronized dashboard.

The user who configured the widget selected at least one private or secret 3DSwym community you are not a member of as a source.

Solution

  1. From the widget header, select Menu > Edit.

    Note: You must be owner or contributor of the dashboard to access this menu.

    The wizard opens.
  2. From the left-hand panel, select Sources.
  3. From the Contextualized Content section, click Join on each private 3DSwym community you are not a member of and send your request to join.

    Note: For confidentiality reasons, you cannot see the names of secret communities nor join them from this section. Contact the user who configured the widget.

Cause: A user shared a configured widget with you.

The user who configured the widget selected at least one private or secret 3DSwym community you are not a member of as a source.

  3. From the Contextualized Content section, click Join on each private 3DSwym community you are not a member of and send your request to join.

Cause: You left a private or secret 3DSwym community.

You left a private or secret 3DSwym community that you were a member of and that you, or the user who configured the widget, had selected as a source.
