Opening an Assessment

You can view the information related to a project assessment.

  1. In the navigation pane for a project, click Execution > Assessments tab.
  2. Click the name of the assessment.

    Attachments

    Lists attached documents and items from the project that have been added to the assessment.

    Note: When you remove an attachment: If a document is connected to only one object and it is in the "Released" state, it gets disconnected from the parent and remains in the database. A document in any other state gets deleted from the database.

    Discussions

    Lists threaded messages about the assessment.

    History

    Shows a log of all actions that have occurred for the assessment.

    Lifecycle

    By default, there is only one state in the assessment lifecycle: Exists.

    On premises only: Your system may be set up to have additional states. If so, the assessment owner can promote or demote the assessment.
