Causality relationship |
Corresponds to a line of the table. Note:
Depending on the template that you
have selected, an automatic sort can be available, otherwise you can manually
reorder lines. To order, you can drag the left cell of a line onto another left
cell. You can use Ctrl to multiselect lines.
From
the widget preferences, if Show line number is selected, a
column with line numbers appears at the left of the table. For more information,
see Customizing Preferences. If validation rules are
activated and if a warning or an error is raised, an icon appears at the left of
the table. |

Editor |
Corresponds to the editing area of a cell. Depending on the template, an editor
can contain values or pointers to objects:
- A string element
- An integer element
- A Boolean
- Attributes or multivalued string attributes. For more information, see Working with Data Model Specialization.
An attribute can have a list of
authorized values associated with it.
- One or more tiles containing objects such as a failure mode.
For all the
editors, which display a list, lets you select an object between available
objects. For example, more than one detection control can be associated
with a failure mode.

|
Characterization |
A tile can have a characterization associated with it. For more information,
see Managing Characterizations. |
|
Tile |
Contains an object reference when an editor points to an object. If a tile
contains a reference to a calculated failure mode, its background is gray. This
tile is not editable and cannot be removed. For the editors, which display
failure modes, Display propagate tree
presents the propagation tree for the current failure mode. If the color of the tile border is orange, the
effect contained in the tile is involved in a propagation loop. For more
information, see Displaying a Propagation Tree. |
|
Comment |
A cell can have a thread of comments associated with it. These comments are
edited in a specific editor. In the table,
- A green triangle indicates that a cell has a public thread of comments
associated with it.
- A red triangle indicates that a cell has a private thread of comments
associated with it.
You can only see triangles for the threads that you are allowed to
access. For more information, see Adding Threads of Comments. |
|
Groups |
Depending on the applied template, a column can contain tiles with group values
used to define the logical group it belongs. The group number associated with the
tile is displayed at the upper left of the tile. For more information, see Managing Logical Groups. |
