Opening a CTQ

You can access all the information related to a CTQ.

  1. For a project, in the navigation pane, click Objectives, > Quality tab. Or search for a CTQ.
  2. Click the Name of the required CTQ.

    Attachments

    Lists documents and other project content that are uploaded for the CTQ.

    Note: When you remove an attachment: If a document is connected to only one object and it is in the "Released" state, it gets disconnected from the parent and remains in the database. A document in any other state gets deleted from the database.

    Shows links to websites related to the CTQ.

    		Favorites Page

    History

    Shows a log of all the actions that have occurred for the CTQ.

    Lets people with the appropriate access change the state of the goal.
