Defining Repair Operations for General System
You can repair the operations for General System.
- Right-click column header and select Repair Operations.
- Click Add or Remove
to add a repair operation.
The attributes are:
- Operation
- Displays the name of operation.
- Time to Repair
- Displays the time distribution for repair time (you can set the time to repair).
- Mode
- Displays time measured in terms of either Total time, Operation (busy) time, and Production (parts produced) (you can set the mode).
- Time Between Failures
- Displays the time distribution between occurrences of the operation (you can set the time between failures).
- Repair Start
- This column has three different options:
- Continue : Continues normal operations for remaining time.
- Restart: Closes the operations and restarts the operations on the existing products.
- Scrap: Scraps existing products and restarts normal operations.
- Repair End
- This column has two options:
- Immediate: The option is used when the current operation should be stopped immediately.
- When Operation Ends: The option is used when the interrupt starts after the current operation ends.
- Right-click column header and select Repair Operations to close the repair operations and return to General operations.
- Select a system and simulate.The tile displays a red color state at the time of repair operation (you can see a change in current state icon on General system tiles).
