Audit Dashboard

The Dashboard tab provides the list of all the audits. When you expand an audit, the related audit findings, and finding status with its replies are also listed with the required details.

Required Access Roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader
  • App-Specific: Audit Lead, Audit Administrator

Ensure that the LQIAudit.EnableFindingStatusFunctionality property is set to Yes to view the Dashboard tab. For more information, see Configuring Audit Finding Status.

To access this page:

  • Open the Audit page. For more information, see Audits Page.
  • Click the Dashboard tab.

Columns

Note:

The Status, Actions, Tasks, Related Items, Reference Documents, and Validated columns are display the blank values in the Project view.

Column Name Description
Name The name of the audit, audit finding, finding status, and reply.
Revision The revision of the audit, audit finding, finding status, and reply.
Type The type of the object.
State The current state of the audit, audit finding, finding status, and reply in its lifecycle.
Description The description of the object. Use the rich-text controls to format text and to add tables and graphics.
Status The current status of the audit finding and finding status. The value for the status is Open, SSR, or Settled.
Actions Click to create an audit finding, finding status, and audit reply. This action is available for the audit, audit finding, and finding status.
Tasks Click to open the Tasks page for the context object. The Tasks page lists the tasks created for the context object. For more information, see Action Tasks.
Related Items Click to open the Related Items page for the context object. The Related Items page lists the related items created for the context object. For more information, see Related Items List.
Projects The comma separated values for the projects associated with each audit.
Reference Documents Click to open the Documents page for the context object. The Documents page lists the reference documents created for the context object. For more information, see Reference Documents.
Owner The owner of the object.
Date
  • Last Modified - The date on which the object was last modified.
  • Created - The date on which the object is created.
  • Validated - The date on which the validation task is completed for audit finding, finding status, and audit reply. If the more than one task are available, the date is displayed on which the last task is completed.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Column Name Description
Actions Delete - Deletes the selected object.
Note: This option is applicable in the Audit view.
Create Audit Creates an audit. For more information, see Creating an Audit.
State Filter
  • All - Lists all the audits.
  • Active -Lists the audits that are not closed. By default, all the audits are listed that are in the Active state.
  • Closed - Lists the audits that are in the Closed state.
Note: This filter is applicable for the Audit view.
Revision Filter
  • All Revisions - Lists all the audit revisions.
  • Current Revisions - Lists the latest revisions of the audit. By default, all the current revisions of the audits are listed.
Note: This filter is applicable for the Audit view.
View Filter
  • Projects View - Lists the projects and expand associated audits to it, related audit findings, finding status and its replies created for the audit.
    Note: The documents that are added to the bookmark of the context project need to be added as audit items to the audit, only these projects are listed and expanded to view the connected audits.
  • Audits View - Lists the audits and its connected objects.
    Note: By default, the Audit view is displayed. If the value for the LQIAudit.CloumnAuditConnectedObjects key is set to blank, the View filter is not present.
Expand Rich Text Fields Expands the rich text field for the selected audit. You can use all the Rich Text options for the Description field.
Enable Edit / Disable Edit Toggles between edit and view mode. In the edit mode, you can edit the description of the selected audit using the rich text options. You can also edit the status of the selected audit finding status.
Note: This option is applicable in the Audit view.
