Revisions Page

The Revisions page for all objects except specifications lists the revisions of the object and allows you to create a new revision of the object.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader, Author, or Leader

To access the Revisions page for a requirement:

  1. Open the requirement. See Requirement Detail Page.
  2. In the navigation pane select Change Control > Revisions.

To access the Revisions page for all other types of objects:

  1. Open the object from a specification or requirement structure.
  2. In the navigation pane select Revisions.

Columns

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the revised object. Click any name in this column to view the Properties page for that revision.
RevisionThe revision level of the object.
TypeThe type of object being revised.
TitleThe short title of the revised object.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the revised object.
OwnerThe person responsible for the revised object.
