Chapter Properties Page

The Properties page displays the various attributes of the comment associated with a specification.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader, Author, or Leader

To access this page, from the specification structure, select the chapter name. See Requirement Specifications Page.

Fields

Field Name Description
NameThe name of the chapter. This can be an autoname.
TypeThe type of item.
RevisionThe current revision of the chapter.
TitleThe short title of the chapter.
DescriptionThe detailed description of the chapter.
Specification PathsThe specifications associated with the chapter. Click to open the specification.
Active Engineering ChangeIndicates whether an engineering change exists for the chapter.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the chapter.
OwnerThe person who owns the chapter.
OriginatorThe person who created the chapter.
OriginatedThe date on which the chapter was created.
ModifiedThe date on which the chapter was last modified.
PolicyThe policy governing this chapter.
VaultThe location where the chapter is stored in the database.
OrganizationThe company associated with the specification that contains this chapter.
ProjectThe project associated with the specification that contains this chapter.
Lock StateIndicates whether the chapter is locked.
Lifecycle graphIndicates the current lifecycle state of the chapter.
