Comment Properties Page

The Properties page displays the various attributes of the comment associated with a specification.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader, Author, or Leader

To access this page, from the specification structure, select the comment name.

Fields

Field Name Description
NameThe name of the comment. This can be an autoname.
TypeThe type of item.
RevisionThe current revision of the comment.
TitleThe title of the comment.
ContentThe comment's rich text content. See Editing Rich Content.
Specification PathsThe specifications associated with the comment. Click to open the specification.
Active Engineering ChangeIndicates whether an engineering change exists for the comment.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the comment.
OwnerThe person who owns the comment.
OriginatedThe date on which the comment was created.
PolicyThe policy governing this comment.
VaultThe location where the comment is stored in the database.
OrganizationThe company associated with the specification that contains this comment.
ProjectThe project to which the specification that contains this comment belongs.
ProjectThe project associated with the specification that contains this comment.
Lock StateIndicates whether the comment is locked.
Lifecycle graphShows the current lifecycle state of the comment.
