Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the comment. This can be an autoname.
Type	The type of item.
Revision	The current revision of the comment.
Title	The title of the comment.
Content	The comment's rich text content. See Editing Rich Content.
Specification Paths	The specifications associated with the comment. Click to open the specification.
Active Engineering Change	Indicates whether an engineering change exists for the comment.
State	The current lifecycle state of the comment.
Owner	The person who owns the comment.
Originated	The date on which the comment was created.
Policy	The policy governing this comment.
Vault	The location where the comment is stored in the database.
Organization	The company associated with the specification that contains this comment.
Project	The project to which the specification that contains this comment belongs.
Project	The project associated with the specification that contains this comment.
Lock State	Indicates whether the comment is locked.
Lifecycle graph	Shows the current lifecycle state of the comment.
