Opening a Comment

You can view the information related to a comment.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader, Author, or Leader

  1. View a specification. See Specification Detail Page.
  2. In the structure, select the name of the comment.
    The comment's Properties page opens in a new browser window.
  3. You can use the categories in the navigation pane to access information related to the comment.

    Category Name Category Tabs Description
    Comment name Properties Lists the comment properties.
    Customer Extensions Lists the customer extensions associated with the comment.
    History -

    Displays a log of events that have occurred.
    Lifecycle Lifecycle Shows the Lifecycle of the comment.
    Tasks/Signatures Shows the Tasks/Signatures associated with the comment.
    Approvals Shows the Approvals associated with the comment.
    Change Management Change Order Shows the change orders associated with the comment.
    Change Request Shows the change requests associated with the comment.
    Change Legacy Shows the legacy change objects associated with the comment.
    Engineering Changes -

    Lists all the engineering changes connected to the comment.
    Revisions - Shows the revisions of the comment.
    Configuration Criteria - Manages the configuration context associated with the comment.
    Cloning Information - Shows cloning information for the comment.
