Use Case Properties Page

The use case Properties page shows details about the use case and provides access to related items such as assignees, issues, reference documents, routes, sub use cases, and test cases.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader, Author, or Leader

Fields

Field Name Description
Name The name of the use case.
TypeThe type of object.
Active Engineering ChangeWhether an active engineering change is associated with the use case.
TitleThe short title of the use case.
DescriptionThe details about the use case. Click in the text area to edit the rich content when the page is in Edit mode. See Editing Rich Content.
StateThe current state of the use case in its lifecycle.
OwnerThe person who is currently assigned responsibility for the use case.
OriginatorThe person who created the use case.
OriginatedThe date on which the use case was created.
ModifiedThe date on which the use case was last modified.
PolicyThe policy governing the use case's lifecycle and access control.
VaultThe location where the use case is stored.
NotesAny notes related to the use case.
SynopsisA concise summary of the use case.
Estimated DurationThe estimated duration of the use case.
