Installing OnePart using the Setup Wizard

NETVIBES OnePart provides a Setup Wizard to guide you through the OnePart extraction, installation and basic setup.

Before you begin: Make sure to read OnePart’s Before you begin installing.
  1. Download the OnePart installation kit or copy it from the DVD to your Windows Server.
  2. Double-click the icon for the file OnePart-R2017x.xxx-windows-x64.exe to run the OnePart Setup wizard.

    Note:

    Make sure you run the wizard as Administrator of the Windows machine.



  3. Follow the steps to guide you through the OnePart extraction, installation and setup.
  4. To follow the procedures in this guide, you will need the sample demo data. Select Import the sample demo data/Install demo.
  5. Once completed, the wizard adds OnePart shortcuts on the Windows machine:

    OnePart is now installed in the home directory that you selected, by default, C:\OnePart and the directory containing OnePart’s index (data) is located in a sub-folder called \datadir.
