Running a Simulation Activity

You can run a selected simulation activity using its preconfigured run options.


Before you begin: Select Execution Options from the navigation pane, to configure the activity.

  1. Click to return to the Processes page.
  2. Select the simulation process containing the activity to run.
  3. From the navigation pane, select Activities.
  4. From the list of simulation activities that is displayed, select the simulation activity to run.
    The selected simulation activity appears in the navigation pane and the table page.
  5. From the table page toolbar, select Run.

    Process Composer runs the simulation process.
  6. To monitor the job's progress, select Job Details from the navigation pane and select the JobMonitor tab from the page that appears.

    You can also select to monitor the job using the Performance Study app.
